Procedures to Follow When You Have Failures of GDV Equipment or Software

If you have taken all steps to prepare the device for work (see user manual) but fail to obtain normal GDV-images in the Capture program, you need to make sure that the software has been installed correctly and all settings have been observed. If you fail to do rectification of faults, you need to make sure that the hardware is working.
